Verified Views for Planning Applications

These are a series 3d renders I have created for a client, for the purpose of verified views for a planning application.
after completing the 3d modelling, shading and the texturing , each of the thirty Verified Views took around eight hours to create.

Important Terminologies and Descriptions:
Verified View/s: Is an accurate Photomontage of a proposed design/building, using the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (GLVIA3)
To create an accurate Photomontage/Verified View, the 3d Visualizer/specialist needs a 3d context model to plot/plan the shots; a photo of the location in question; the survey data; camera information; a 2d and a 3d application to create the Final Verified View/s .
Planning Applications are used to assess whether a proposed development is likely to be approved by the planning authority, before substantial development costs incur.
